Every February our students complete a speech unit where they develop a speech from either a personal life story or from content learned through one of their projects. They learn proper speaking techniques, memorize their speech, and then perform it in front of a room of peers, family members, and community guests. Speech night is one of the most rewarding nights of the whole year for our students.
